    About the founder:

Hi, I’m Loraine! I am a mindful movement facilitator of yoga and pole, as well as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. I have been practicing yoga since 2018 as an outlet to connect inward and nurture a holistic relationship with myself through breath and movement. In my journey, I developed a desire to share the profound teachings of yoga and its sister science, Ayurveda. In 2020 I committed my dedication to expand in my yoga practice through 200-hour teacher training and began my Ayurvedic Wellness Educator and Ayurvedic Practitioner Program at Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2021.

Since, I have shared my love for mindful movement and wellness through personalized flexibility training, public yoga classes, and private events. I continue to expand my passion for movement through different disciplines such as pole where I integrate body awareness through the philosophies of yoga with my students. My purpose is to serve as a vessel to encourage our communities to nurture our relationship with ourselves so we may continue to share our purpose in this lifetime as fully embodied individuals.
